I have been studying American Kenpo since 1998, first training in Auckland until moving back to Whangarei in 2004.

I have meet so many great kenpo practitioners through my years of training & believe it to be an exceptional combat and self defense system for all. It offers a bond of friendship to all its members throughout the world.

Mr Speakman is an inspiration & a true martial artist, I am very proud to be one of his black belts.

The kids system is a great introduction to the world of self defense as well as teaching much needed values for everyday life.

The Adults system is a path to practical, effective & destructive self defense techniques.
